What to Know About the Guarantee
We don't just sell you a product and walk away. We're invested in your compliance — with our platform and our support. That's why we created the DataShyre Guarantee. Here's what you need to know to make the most of it.
We only cover paying customers on a qualifying DataShyre plan who are in good standing and have implemented all DataShyre products according to our documentation, including any updates to the platform. If you're using DataShyre on a free or trial plan, the Guarantee does not apply.
Although you can configure DataShyre products per our documentation, if you make unapproved changes — such as altering consent dialog text, resizing buttons, hiding dialogs for certain visitors, or otherwise implementing dark patterns — you're on your own.
If you're contacted by a regulatory agency about a concern involving the DataShyre Platform, you must notify us right away and work with us to help resolve the issue within 24 hours. If you receive sweep letters or notices of violations, we're happy to help you understand them.
When we notify you about a platform update, you need to implement it promptly. Staying current with updates is a requirement of the Guarantee.
If you get in trouble with a regulatory agency for something that happened before you were a paying, fully implemented customer of DataShyre, the Guarantee does not apply.
